I have developed flexible dieting and mental conditioning program that can help you sustainably level up your fitness game guaranteed! Before I dive into telling you more about what I can do for you, allow me to tell you a bit about my background. After graduating from Texas State University with a degree in Kinesiology, I still found myself struggling to attain my lean mass goals. The picture on the left was me in 2008, prior to unlocking my full potential. 
The picture on the right is me in 2014 after packing on a significant amount of lean muscle mass.  This was accomplished through a specially tailored meal plan and strength training regimen specific to my own body's needs. Because we are all unique in our body composition, no one training & nutrition regimen works for everyone. After dialing in what was best for me, I finally realized the gains I had always been chasing.

A bit more on my background, and why I started Precision Fitness

Prior to unlocking my own potential, I always felt " too skinny " with my head looking big for my frame. By most people's standards, I was quite fit, but quite honestly, I felt weak. I was almost 30. It felt as though time was running out.  

At 28 years old, I finally put my foot down and worked tirelessly to put on muscle with great success! Here is where it got interesting. A few years later I worked as a sports nutritionist at a very well renowned sports supplement store when one of our sponsored athletes, a natural bodybuilding pro, suggested I diet down for a show. I was reluctant at first. But everyone wants to see themselves in peak condition, so I took his invitation and jumped in head first.   

I’m not going to lie to you...   

The workouts this pro took me through were grueling, and the diet was equally as hard. I questioned him often and followed his recommendations as closely as I could. I competed in a novice bodybuilding division and placed second in my class! Not bad I thought, but I began to wonder what I could do better to improve not just my placing in a show, but to also feel better during the process

There were times during that first prep when I was so under nourished and over exerted that I began to have emotional breakdowns. I questioned why I even wanted to compete. What was I thinking?! I lost contact with friends, began to feel apathetic, and resisting the urges to cheat on my diet was nearly impossible! I was turning into a shell of myself barely able to hold an intelligent conversation without thinking of eating and sleeping. I became increasingly separated from the life that once made me so happy.   So what went wrong?   I’d been cutting out calories so much that my body actually began to fight back!

After, that I knew that there had to be a better, more specific way to eat more food and incinerate the fat.  The problem is that I never knew how much food I was eating! I began to pay attention to my food in the form of numbers and competed in my second show only four months later. I won my class and the novice overall title! I was on to something and it felt right!  .

 I’ve seen too many bodybuilders and physique guys hit the stage in poor energy and looking flat as hell! I know too many bikini competitors who have told me first hand of their reckless cookie cutter diets that ended in feeling horrible, unstoppable fat gain after contest day and even hormone imbalance!   It just doesn't have to be that way. 

With your help we can finally put an end to the horrible crash dieting that so many inexperienced contest prep coaches put their athletes through! I want to tell you how, since 2011, I have used a health-centric way to diet down for a competition, look your best and feel amazing. 

Even if you are not a bodybuilder, please don't let this intimidate you, as the same methods can be successfully applied for a balanced fitness regimen that results in weight loss and an increase in lean muscle mass, not to mention an overall increased quality of life!  

Since applying the methods to my own workout and diet regimen, I began training others to do the same through the Precision Fitness  Elite Edge Academy program.
